Job Summary: We are urgently hiring dedicated and compassionate In-Home Caregivers to join our team in Hastings, Nebraska. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and well-being in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes.
- Perform light housekeeping duties and assist with meal preparation.
- Help with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
- Follow individualized care plans and document care provided accurately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check.
