Job Description:
We are seeking an In-Home Caregiver to provide non-medical support and companionship to our clients in Ansley, Nebraska. This role is essential in assisting clients with their daily activities, promoting their well-being, and enhancing their quality of life through personalized care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that promote their mental and physical well-being
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals, and assist with feeding if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and maintaining a clean and safe living environment
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times
• Accompany clients to appointments and run errands as needed
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health status to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong desire to help others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
