Unit Secretary, CNA-Ambulatory Care

Job Description

Job Duties:

Performs information processing and documentation relating to patient charts and physician orders. Assists nursing personnel with care of patient as directed. Answers internal and external telephone calls for service area and performs other clerical duties as directed. Performs duties related to scheduling of patients and procedures as applicable.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED, Nursing Assistant Certification, State of Nebraska, required; Medication Aide, State of Nebraska, required within 6 months of hire or within 3 months of the effective date of this job description.

Shift Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 7:00a-3:00p (hours may vary depending on case load)
