We are excited to announce a NEW PER-DIEM Program at Emerald Nursing & Rehab Mercy!
The following are some conditions of this new exciting program:
- Each PRN employee will be eligible to be scheduled UP TO 32/36 hours per week.
- No overtime
- PRN employees are required to work 1 shift per week.
- Existing full-time staff can transfer to the PRN pool once their shift is cover with another full-time staff, must be in good standing.
Shifts Available:
- 6a-2p
- 2p-10p
- 10p-6a
Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living.
- Help residents with personal hygiene.
- Obtain and record vital signs and weight.
- Willingness to help others.
Requirements:
- Completion of a state-approved CMA and CNA Certification course in Nebraska.
- Ability to interact professionally with patients, families, and fellow team members.
- Ability to provide good customer service.
- Basic computer skills.
Flat Rate
CNA: $21/Hr
CMA: $22/Hr
