Job Summary

  • The Certified Nurse Assistant is accountable for providing our residents with quality care in home environment, with resident directed care.
  • This is done in accordance with our policies, procedures, and the state and federal guidelines.
  • Supports the facility’s goal of excellence in patient care in a Christian, caring environment by facilitating positive employee relations and supporting department goals.
  • Provides exceptional care and service to patients, residents, guests and fellow employees at all times.
  • Provides care/service in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies standards and Catholic Ethical and Religious Directives.

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

  • Certified Nurse Assistant with the Nebraska Board of Nursing required within 120 days of hire.
  • BLS Certification Preferred.

Work Schedule

  • Day shifts, every other weekends, every other holiday; 80 hours every 2 weeks
    • 5:45am-6:15pm – six 12-hour shifts per pay period
    • 5:45am-2:15pm – one 8-hour shift per pay period

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

  • $18.25 – $24.00 per hour
