Cozad Per-Diem Pool

CNA/CMA

We are excited to announce a new per-diem program at Emerald Nursing & Rehab Cozad! To be eligible for no-frills program, please take note of the following conditions:

• Flat rate for CNAs & CMAs (No shift diff, no bonuses, no benefits, etc.).
• Each PRN employee will be eligible to be scheduled UP TO 32/36 hours per week.
• No overtime will be approved for the PRN Pool.
• The staffing coordinator will be responsible for scheduling PRN staff.
• PRN employees are required to work at least one shift per week.
• PRN employees will be held to the same time and attendance expectations are core staff.
• PRN employees will have payroll processed on the regular payroll schedule.
• There will be no guarantee of hours or no guarantee of specific shift availability.
