Position Overview:
Right at Home is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Weekend Caregiver to provide quality in-home care for clients in Burwell, Nebraska. As a caregiver, you’ll help clients maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with daily activities in the comfort of their own homes. This role is ideal for someone with a warm heart, a positive attitude, and a passion for making a difference in people’s lives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
• Support clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean, safe environment
• Remind clients to take medication as prescribed
• Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to the care team

Qualifications:

• Experience in caregiving, home health, or related fields is preferred
• Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills

Schedule:

• Weekend shifts only (Saturday and Sunday)
• Part-time hours with potential for additional shifts if desired
