About the Role:
As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own home. This position requires flexibility and commitment, as the case involves 24/7 care. You will work closely with our team to ensure the client’s needs are met with respect, dignity, and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities
- Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Monitor and report changes in client’s health or behavior
- Follow a care plan tailored to the client’s needs
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field preferred
- Compassionate and caring nature
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
