Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Aid with daily living activities (meal preparation, light housekeeping, running errands)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition
- Follow care plans and maintain open communication with clients and their families
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
