Job Description:
As an In-Home Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing essential care and support to our clients, ensuring they live comfortably and safely in their own homes. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and organizing
- Provide medication reminders and assist with basic health monitoring
- Follow a customized care plan tailored to the client’s individual needs
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and the care team
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred but not required
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
