Job Description:
Right at Home is looking for compassionate, dependable In-Home Caregivers to support our clients in Grand Island, Nebraska. As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll provide essential care and companionship that allows clients to maintain their independence at home. If you’re dedicated to improving others’ quality of life and enjoy one-on-one care, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Provide support with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Help with errands and transportation to appointments, as needed.
• Monitor clients’ health and promptly report any changes.
• Keep accurate records of services provided and client progress.

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but we provide training for those new to the field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and transferring clients.
• Reliable, responsible, and patient with a passion for helping others.
• Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.
