Position Summary: As an in-home caregiver, you will provide essential, non-medical care to our clients, helping with daily activities that include personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. Your role will be critical in ensuring the comfort and well-being of each client, while providing the respectful, compassionate care Right at Home is known for.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and clean environment
• Monitor and report changes in client’s health and well-being
• Follow individualized care plans to meet each client’s unique needs

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required; Right at Home provides training
• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to client care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and mobility assistance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
