Job Description
Right at Home is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to join our team in Ravenna, NE. In this role, you will provide non-medical care and support to help seniors and adults with disabilities live independently in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and running errands
- Medication reminders and appointment scheduling
- Maintain clear and timely documentation of care provided
Qualifications:
- Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required (we provide training)
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping others and a positive attitude
