Job Description: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated in-home caregivers to join our team in Ravenna, NE. As a caregiver, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Administer medication reminders.
- Monitor and report changes in client’s health and behavior to the care manager.
- Follow care plans and ensure client safety and comfort.
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
- A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and transferring clients.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
