Job Description: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to join our team in Ansley, Nebraska. As a caregiver, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
- Help with medication reminders and managing appointments.
- Monitor and report changes in client’s health and well-being.
- Provide transportation for errands and appointments as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
