Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced in-home caregivers to join our team in Imperial, Nebraska. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety, and enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Help with mobility and transfers
- Support clients with exercises and activities as prescribed
- Monitor and report changes in client’s health status
- Follow care plans and document services provided
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
