Job Title: In-Home Caregiver

Location: Ravenna, NE

Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated in-home caregiver to provide assistance to our elderly family member in Ravenna, NE. This position is part-time, with shifts on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary.
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedules.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up.
• Escort to medical appointments and run errands as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a caregiver, preferably with elderly individuals.
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and family members.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Physical ability to lift and transfer clients safely.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
