Job Description:

As an In-Home Caregiver at Right at Home, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing mobility assistance and transferring clients safely
• Monitoring and documenting the client’s condition and reporting any changes
• Performing light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment

Requirements:

• Experience in caregiving preferred, but not required (we provide training)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and overnights if needed
