Right at Home, a leading provider of in-home care and assistance for seniors and adults with disabilities, is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team in Ravenna, NE. Our caregivers provide essential services that help our clients live independently and comfortably in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
• Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety of clients at all times.
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
• A compassionate and caring demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to the unique needs of each client.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
