Job Description: We are looking for compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to join our team in Minden, NE. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to clients in their homes, helping them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities and conversations.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety of the client.
• Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow care plans and ensure the delivery of compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
