Job Description: As an In-Home Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their homes. These services generally fall under three categories: companionship, home helper, and personal care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and engage in conversation and activities
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Run errands and provide transportation to appointments
• Assist with medication reminders and administration
• Observe and report changes in client conditions to the office
• Maintain accurate records of services provided

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
