Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate In-Home Caregivers to join our team in Aurora, Nebraska. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, ensuring their well-being and helping them live independently. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, including overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
- Help with medication reminders and managing appointments.
- Monitor and report any changes in client’s health and condition.
- Provide transportation for errands and appointments as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in caregiving is preferred but not required; training is provided.
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
