Job Description: As an In-Home Caregiver with Right at Home in North Platte, NE, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our clients. You will provide compassionate, personalized care that helps individuals remain independent and live with dignity in their own homes. Your role will be essential in helping our clients with their daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Help clients with mobility and transferring, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed.
• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided.
• Follow care plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training for all new hires.
• A compassionate and caring attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
