Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support with mobility, transfers, and exercises.
• Help clients with meal preparation and feeding, if needed.
• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping and help with errands as needed.
• Accurately document care provided and maintain client records.

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in Nebraska.
• Prior experience in caregiving or in-home care is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and transferring clients.
• Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.
