As a Certifed Nursing Assistant (CNA), you play a critical role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients. Under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) and healthcare providers, you will provide essential nursing care, assist with patient assessments, administer medications, and ensure the overall well-being of our patients. Your compassionate and skilled care will contribute to the positive patient experience and support the achievement of healthcare goals.
- Salary: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour plus night and weekend differentials.
- Hours: Part-Time, 24 hours/week, 10:30 p.m – 6:30 a.m., every other weekend
Job Duties:
- Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary and ambulating, turning, and positioning residents; and providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.
- Maintains resident stability by checking vital signs and weight; testing urine and recording intake and output information.
- Provides resident comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transporting residents; answering residents’ call lights and requests; and reporting observations of the resident to nurse.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Active CNA Ceritification in state of Nebraska
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move residents and equipment.
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity for performing nursing procedures.
