The Sue Hill CNA Sponsorship Program will offer a stipend to attend class and cover the cost of tuition, with opportunity to be hired into a Nursing Assistant position upon completion of the program.
The Program is a benefit of approximately $1,699 for each new TEAMember in the program.
Tabitha’s upcoming CNA Class is scheduled tentatively for FEBRUARY 2025:
On-site Location:
Tabitha Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

Online Portion (52 hours): Starting tentatively in February, 2025 (dates to be determined)..

Clinical On-Site (24 hours) – In-person tentatively in March, 2025 (dates to be determined).
TOTAL HOURS: 76 required, up to 81 hours scheduled
Process for Student
- Selection process will include an assessment screening, phone interview and second interview with clinical educator or manager
- Upon selection, the student will complete program contingency pieces (background checks), sign the Educational Loan Agreement paperwork and enroll in Nursing Assistant course
- Student will complete a 2-4 hour job shadow experience at Tabitha, complete CNA course and meet state requirements to be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry
- Apply and be hired for a Part Time or Full Time CNA position at Tabitha
Program details
Loan package of $1,669 includes the following:
- $599 for Tuition to
- $100 for State Testing Fees
- $1,000 stipend paid in 2 increments: 50% at the beginning of the course and 50% at the completion of the course
Loan forgiveness will begin upon employment and will be fully forgiven at 6 months for a full time CNA position, and 9 months for a part time CNA position.
Qualifications
AGE REQUIREMENT: At least age 16 for Tabitha Assisted Living Communities. At least age 18 for all other Tabitha Living Communities.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
