Job Description

SCHEDULE: Part-time non-benefited hours. Every 3rd weekend, Friday/Saturday/Sunday (1:30PM- 2:00AM) with holiday rotation and PRN.

JOB SUMMARY:

Assists the nursing staff by performing routing tasks related to meeting the daily physical and psychological needs of patients under the direct supervision of the RN. Assists with tasks necessary for the general management and organization of the nursing unit, being flexible in meeting patient or unit needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completion of Basic Nursing Assistant or the Nebraska Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Current CNA licensure for the State of Nebraska
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
