Job Description:
Seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to collaborate with our patients and staff to uphold compassionate clinical care and clerical support.
Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the CNA will be responsible for:
- Escorts patients to examination room.
- Verifies patient information by interviewing patient, reviewing and/or recording medical, social and psychological history.
- Ensures a safe, clean environment for patients and co-workers.
- Collects and records a current medication history for review by the provider.
- Obtains vital signs; height; weight and records information in patient record.
- Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:
EDUCATION: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
EXPERIENCE: One month related experience and/or training preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license from the State of NE required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required within 90 days of hire.
