Caregiver Job Summary:
Touching Hearts at Home – Omaha is seeking a Caregiver to join our team on a part-time basis. The individual in this role will receive hands-on/paid training and orientation, so no experience is necessary!

Caregiver Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this role is $15 to $16.5 per hour, paid semimonthly.

Caregiver Responsibilities:
– Provide personal care services to clients, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
– Assist with household tasks, such as light housekeeping and laundry.
– Accompany clients to doctor’s appointments and other outings.
– Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
– Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other team members.
– Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
– Follow all health and safety protocols and report any concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

Caregiver Requirements:
– Must be at least 19 years of age.
– Must have a compassionate and caring demeanor.
– Ability to pass a background check
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
