Patient Attendants Job in a Minute
Responsible for observing, communicating/interacting with confused, violent, combative or suicidal patients with the intent to prevent injury. Assist nursing with basic patient care functions. Notify nursing, via the designated method of communication, so that immediate interventions may be implemented when needed. Remain in the room at all times, except when relieved for breaks or meals. Observe multiple patients via video monitoring.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 18 years of age required.
- High school education OR equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and behavioral management skills that promote safety of confused or suicidal patients required.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNAs) Job in a Minute
Perform delegated patient activities as assigned by licensed nursing personnel for the achievement of patient`s plan of care.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 18 years of age required.
- High school education or equivalent required.
- Completion of a certified nursing assistant program, currently enrolled as a student pursuing a nursing degree, or experience in direct patient care required.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification endorsed by the American Heart Association (AHA) upon completion of unit orientation required.
Medical Receptionists Job in a Minute
Serve as the first point of contact by greeting and welcoming patients and others, (in person, at the check-in desk, or via the telephone). Responsible for answering incoming calls in a professional manner, and/or checking in / out patients per established protocols. Responsible for scheduling patient appointments and registering patients.
Required Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year post-secondary education with coursework in business, medical assistant program or nursing assistant program OR equivalent combination of education/experience in customer service or medical scheduling related capacity (one year of education equals one year of experience) required.
- Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service to physicians, patients and other internal/external customers required.
- Ability to work professionally with physicians, clinic staff and patients in a timely, confidential manner required.
- Demonstrated analytical, prioritization and organizational skills required.
- Demonstrated flexibility and dedication to team environment required.
- Effective communication skills required.
Medical Assistants Job in a Minute
Provides the highest quality of customer service for patients and others by performing all duties in a professional and engaging manner. Provide quality care to patients, under the direction of licensed practitioners, promote efficient operation of the clinic, and provide assistance to physicians and support staff.
Required Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent required.
- Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant Program required.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification endorsed by the American Heart Association (AHA) upon completion of unit orientation required.
- If required to administer medications, current Medication Aid Registry listing or completed within first 30 days of hire or transfer date, and maintained thereafter required.
Paramedics
Perform delegated patient activities as assigned by licensed nursing personnel for the achievement of patients plan of care in the emergency services environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 18 years of age required.
- Nebraska Paramedic (EMT-P) training program and license required.
- Minimum one year of paramedic experience required..
- Paramedic Certification required.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification required.
